History of the beginnings:
Evangelist Laveria Dent, anointed and appointed by God, was ordained in 1995 and
founded Living Sacrifice Ministries in 1996. She was born in Hattiesburg,
Mississippi and gave her life to Jesus at an early age. She began having visions of
herself preaching the word of God to multitudes of people around the world when
she was in the third grade. After graduating high school Laveria joined the US Army
at age 17. She spent a total of 13 years combined service of US Army, Mississippi
Army National Guard, and Louisiana National Guard. Laveria separated from the
Armed Forces after Desert Storm in 1991. She attended William Carey College and
University of Southern Mississippi majoring in computer science 1979-1983. After
moving to New Orleans in 1984 and transferring from the Mississippi National to
Louisiana National Guard, she changed her major to nursing and has a BS in
nursing. God spoke to Laveria in 1987, and said, "Present your body a living
sacrifice." Since that time she started walking toward and with God. She has been
through many trials and tribulations, and many afflictions, but the Lord delivered
her from them all. In the year 2000, Faith Deliverance Temple was birthed in which
God said; “the people must have faith in Him in order for them to be delivered.” God
has used her in deliverance of His people, casting out demons, healing, and
prophecy.
God enabled me to make many charitable contributions to the community. In 1996 I
started giving turkey's and food baskets to needy families and widows for
Thanksgiving and Christmas and provided toys at Christmas to needy family. The
ministry provides bill pay assistance and medication assistance to widows,and
single women and provides clothing to needy families. Clothing was given to
Shekinah Glory ministries of Jackson, MS for Katrina victims in Mississippi and we
shipped clothing to Houston, TX for Katrina victims of New Orleans, LA. Living
Sacrifice Ministries supported the Jackson Public school system by purchasing
school supplies for teachers and students and in 2005 provided coats for the
needy students. I have a heart for all of God's people. Living Sacrifice Ministries
supports World Vision, Angaza International Ministries of Nairobi, Kenya, several
ministries in Liberia, and local ministries in the USA as God directs.
In 2007, I was inspired by God to begin Sister's International. It is a ministry to help
females of all age groups, all languages, every culture, in every country, and of
every sin. A ministry to the mental, physical, and spiritual needs, through counsel,
financial assistance, job training, and instructions in righteousness. I am the
founder of Living Sacrifice Ministries, Faith Deliverance Temple; Sister's
International and is in the process of beginning Mercy Ministries Health Care
Center, Inc. God has equipped me to see into the lives of those who are hurting
and feel, their pain. I am destined to minister to the hurting, the lost, and those who
think that they are saved; in all races, all denominations, in every country, of every
language, and every sin. "Many have need of the great physician Jesus, yet they
seek mere man for relief. Only God can deliver you from your sickness, be it mental,
physical, or spiritual. God is never too busy to listen to you or spend time with you.
Meet Him in His chambers and allow Him to give you the love that you have been
seeking and never found in mere man."

prophesy. I have been translated in the spirit to many areas around the world to
intercede for multitudes. Living Sacrifice Ministries and Faith deliverance temple
are deliverance ministries and I seek to see that all who comes in contract with me
are delivered from demons as the Lord leads.
"Regardless of any accomplishments in this life, I count it all dung for the sake of
the Gospel of Christ Jesus." I am servant of the Most High God.
